Refund Policy

The “See For Yourself” Guarantee

We want you in the Program for the right reasons. If, after attending the first two sessions, you decide the masterclass is not for you, we will refund your tuition in full. You keep the materials you have received. The only requirement is a short feedback note so we can keep improving.

What is refundable, what is not

  • Registration fee — 20,000 FCFA — Non-refundable. This covers your seat reservation, materials preparation, and administrative costs. It is non-refundable from the moment the seat is reserved.
  • Tuition — whatever amount you have paid (up to 150,000 FCFA) — Fully refundable if you request a refund within 48 hours of the end of the second session and you have attended both sessions in person. If you took advantage of any discount (early-access or invitation coupon), the refund is for the discounted amount you actually paid.

How to request a refund

  1. Send an email to hello@diggiecorp.com or a WhatsApp message to the official Diggiecorp Academy number within 48 hours of the end of Session 2.
  2. Include your full name, the cohort you joined, and a short note (1–3 sentences is fine) on why the Program is not for you.
  3. We confirm receipt within 1 business day.
  4. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the tuition, within 7 business days of approval.

After the window closes

Once you continue beyond Session 2, your tuition is committed and is not refundable. Tuition installments that fall due after that point remain payable on the agreed schedule.

Removal from the Program

If you are removed from the Program for serious misconduct (as described in our Terms & Conditions), no refund of tuition already due is owed. Installments not yet due are canceled.

If we cancel the cohort

If we cancel a cohort before it begins, every franc you have paid us — including the 20,000 FCFA registration fee — is refunded in full within 7 business days.

Change of cohort

If you cannot attend the cohort you registered for, you may request a one-time transfer to the next cohort, subject to seat availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the start of the cohort you originally registered for.

No income guarantee

This refund policy covers the Program itself. It does not promise or refund any specific income, client, or employment outcome after graduation.
