Diggiecorp Academy is a program operated by Diggiecorp, based in Cameroon. We are responsible for the personal information described in this Policy.

2. Information we collect

• Application data: name, email, phone number, location, background, and any free-text answers you provide on application forms.
• Payment data: the reference and confirmation details of MTN MoMo, Orange Money, bank transfer, or cash payments. We do not store full payment-instrument details — those are handled by the payment provider.
• Program data: attendance, work submitted in class, communications with instructors, and feedback you give us.
• Technical data when you use this website: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We do not load third-party analytics or tracking pixels by default.

3. How we use your information

• To review your application and operate the Program.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To contact you about your cohort, schedule changes, and post-class support.
• With your consent, to feature you in success stories or marketing materials.
• To improve the Program based on feedback and outcomes.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Payment providers (MTN, Orange, banks) — strictly to confirm payment.
• Instructors and graders within the Program — to support your learning.
• Authorities — only where required by Cameroonian law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enrollment records for as long as needed to support you as a graduate (alumni access, certificate verification) and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete data we are not required to retain.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@diggiecorp.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.

8. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies needed to operate (for example, to keep you logged in to the WordPress admin if you are a staff member). We do not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar third-party trackers by default. If we add any in the future, this Policy will be updated.

9. Children

The Program is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website and, where appropriate, by email.
