Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 9, 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in and participation with the Diggiecorp Academy 5-week in-person WordPress masterclass (the “Program”), operated by Diggiecorp (“we”, “us”, or “Diggiecorp Academy”). By submitting an application or paying any fee, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Program

  • The Program runs for 5 calendar weeks, with 2 sessions per week of 3–4 hours each (approximately 40 contact hours total).
  • Each cohort is intentionally kept small. The exact size of the cohort you join is confirmed at enrollment.
  • Sessions are held in person at a venue in Cameroon. The exact venue is confirmed with you after your application is approved.
  • The Program is taught primarily in English, with French support during exercises and Q&A.

3. Application and Seat Reservation

Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. We review applications in the order received and reserve the right to decline any application without explanation. Your seat is reserved only once your 20,000 FCFA registration fee has been received and confirmed.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Standard total program fee: 170,000 FCFA.
  • Registration fee: 20,000 FCFA, due at the time of seat reservation. Non-refundable.
  • Tuition: 150,000 FCFA, payable in full or in installments on a schedule shared at enrollment.
  • Discounts on tuition (stackable):
    • Early-access list — 30,000 FCFA off, available to applicants who joined our interest list before applications opened for that cohort.
    • Invitation coupon — 20,000 FCFA off, when you present a valid coupon issued directly to you by Diggiecorp Academy.
Maximum combined reduction: 50,000 FCFA, bringing minimum total to 120,000 FCFA. Discounts apply to tuition only, never to the registration fee.
  • Accepted payment methods: MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, bank transfer, or cash in person.
  • Missed installments may, after written notice, result in suspension or termination of your enrollment.

5. Attendance and Conduct

You are expected to attend every session. A certificate of completion is awarded only to students who meet both criteria:

  • Attendance of at least 80% of scheduled sessions, and
  • Full payment of the program fee.

You agree to treat instructors and fellow students with respect. Harassment, plagiarism, disruptive behavior, or any conduct we reasonably consider incompatible with a productive learning environment may result in your removal from the Program without refund of tuition already used.

6. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials — including slides, recordings, templates, playbooks, and code samples — are the property of Diggiecorp and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute these materials in any form.

Work product you create during the Program (websites you build, code you write) remains your own.

7. No Income or Outcome Guarantee

We teach a system that we use ourselves and that we believe gives graduates a strong chance of landing paid freelance work. We do not guarantee any specific income, client, or employment outcome. Results depend on your effort, market conditions, and execution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Cameroonian law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Program is limited to the amount you have actually paid to us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

9. Changes to the Program

We may make reasonable adjustments to schedule, venue, or curriculum where necessary. Material changes will be communicated as soon as possible. If a cohort must be canceled by us before it begins, all fees paid (including the registration fee) will be refunded.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cameroon.
